Recipe for Gypsy toast (otherwise known as french toast of eggy (yuk) bread)
1 cup soymilk
2-3 tablespoonflour(less amount for wholegrain)
1 tablespoon nutritional yeast(optional)
1/2 teaspoon salt
ad water if needed
sliced bread
Mix the ingredients together adding the liquid slowly to the grains,
Leave to satnd and expand
Dip and cover the bread in the mixture and...
cook on a lightly greased, fairly hot skillet.
